8 pork chops
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp oil
2 - 10 3/4oz cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion, sliced
12 oz can of evaporated milk
Season chops w/ salt & pepper. Brown in oil, drain and transfer to CP.
In separate bowl, whisk together soup, onion & evap milk until smooth. Pour over chops.
Cook on high for 3-4hrs or low 7-8hrs.
