Beer bread recipe - courtesy of Miss Brittany

This has quickly become a family favorite!  We bought a couple of loaves from a Relay for Life bake sale.  I found out who made it and lo & behold it was Miss Brittany!  She was kind enough to share the recipe with us and we've made several loaves already :)

I LOVE this recipe!  It's so simple, quick, few ingredients and just delicious!


Ingredients:
- 1 can of room temp. beer
- 3 cups of self rising flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 stick of butter

Mix the beer, flour and sugar together well. Place in greased pan and bake on 350 for 40-45 minutes. Then take it out and pour the 1 stick of melted butter over the top of it and bake again for another 5-10 minutes!
