We decided to turn our 'rotisserie chicken' recipe into a turkey recipe. I'm hoping it turns out as good as the chicken always is.
It's VERY simple and DELICIOUS!
We wrap our chicken in foil, but from what I found online decided NOT to do this to our turkey.
I rubbed the turkey with olive oil and Lawry's season salt & am using the probe setting on our crock pot and it'll be done when it reaches 180 degrees. If your crockpot doesn't have this feature, cook on high for roughly 8hrs (would recc testing w/ meat therm)
